In 2002, the College of Fine and Applied Arts established the Outstanding Service Award. Full-time faculty members of the college who have been at Appalachian State University for at least one full year are eligible for nomination. Any faculty member or staff member may make nominations.

We invite you to submit a nomination by completing this form. In documenting your recommendation(s), please provide examples on any or all of the items displayed by the faculty below:

2. Promotes opportunities to connect and engage with others through service
3. Enthusiasm for service
4. Any other information you deem relevant to show nominee’s outstanding service
