SGSF Vendor Application 2025
The Spring Garden Civic Association (SGCA) and Philadelphia City Councilmember Jeffery Young, Jr. are proud to announce the 2nd Annual Spring Garden Sunflower Festival!

The event will take place on Saturday, September 6th (Rain or Shine) from Noon to 8pm on the 1700 & 1800 blocks of the Fairmount Ave Commercial Corridor, and will be a free, family-friendly event showcasing local businesses and institutions from in and around the Spring Garden community.

Due to limited space, vendor selection will be a juried process. You will be notified via email as to your participation status.

There is a $50.00 vendor fee. Selected vendors will be sent information on how to remit payment.

Any prospective vendor wishing to sell prepared or prepackaged food must fill out a Temporary Special Event Food Vendor Application, submit their application to the City and pay the associated fee (200 sq ft or less = $48), and send a copy of their completed application to sgsunflowerfestival@gmail.com.

Participating vendors will be listed in the 'Vendors' section of the event website, promoted in SGCA communications and social media posts, and added to our festival mailing list to receive all future communications regarding festival details.

Once accepted, vendors will be required to email an image of their logo or products to sgsunflowerfestival@gmail.com for promotional use.

Please fill out the information below and acknowledge that you agree to the Vendor Rules & Regulations before submitting your application.

Thank you for your interest in being part of the 2nd Annual Spring Garden Sunflower Festival!
