Northfield Foundation - Student Scholarship Application
The mission of the Northfield Foundation student scholarship program is to provide support to Northfield High School students.  By connecting the resources of parents and the community, the Northfield Foundation seeks to ensure an exceptional educational environment for all Northfield High School students, regardless of need.

Northfield High School staff will identify prospective scholarship candidates through discussions between administrators, teachers, counselors, coaches, critical needs staff, or other school employees.  Because it is often hard to know if a student has a need, teachers, counselors, administrators, and critical needs staff assist in determining which students are appropriate candidates.  Northfield High School and the Northfield Foundation shall use reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of the information provided in scholarship applications and shall take reasonable action to protect the confidentiality of this information.  Applicants’ names will not be disclosed to the Northfield Foundation Board during the selection process and will be disclosed to the Northfield Foundation Executive Board only on a need to know basis.  The appropriate Northfield High School administrator, teacher, counselor, or coach will connect with prospective scholarship candidate to see if the candidate is interested in any relevant program or event.  The Northfield High School staff should assess interest before recommending that a student to apply for a scholarship.  Interest in the event and a scholarship is critical so the Northfield Foundation does not have to deny students’ applications.

Student must have 90% attendance in all classes.
Student must have a C or higher in all classes.

The Northfield Foundation shall use reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of the information provided in this application and shall take reasonable action to protect the confidentiality of this information.  Applicants’ names will not be disclosed to the Northfield Foundation Board during the selection process and will be disclosed to the Northfield Foundation Executive Board only on a need to know basis.
