Level 1 - thigh stand, prep/half, one leg stunt at prep level with spotter

Level 2 - one leg stunt at prep level, extension, 1/2 twisting stunt skills

Level 3 - one leg extended stunt, full twisting stunt skills, full up to extension, inverted skills
