Tech Challenge 2024 Registration
The Tech Challenge at the MCDS Makers' Lab begins on Tuesday 11/28/23.

Please review and complete this form with your student.

We meet every Tuesday from 3:30-4:45 starting 11/28/2023 and run through the Tech Interactive's in-person Showcase date is TBD, but is generally the last weekend in April. There will be some weeks we do not meet due to school closure or outdoor education.

A weekly commitment is required with exceptions made for athletic contests (not practices and must commit to showcase). Teams are 2-6 students (a firm rule by the Tech Interactive). Please note that the Showcase are a Saturday and Sunday and your student will need to go to the Tech Interactive on ONE of those days and it usually only takes 2 hours. The day is scheduled by grade and is first come first served usually. Teams will  present to real engineers and scientists showing them their team journal and then demonstrating their creation.

This program is offered by MCDS and there is no fee. Space is limited.
