Parent Square: Account Troubleshooting

1) NOTIFICATION ISSUES or to MERGE ACCOUNT: Please complete the attached form and we will be in touch with you shortly! 

2) LOGIN ISSUES: If you cannot get logged in, please try these steps.  If that does not work, please complete the attached form and we will be in touch with you shortly! 
  • STAFF:   If you did not receive a Parent Square link to an account: Please visit Parent Square and login with the Google single sign-on button (no password required) 
  • PARENTS: If you did not receive a Parent Square link to an account: Please visit Parent Square and REGISTER for an account with the email or phone number that you used to register your child in Powerschool.
  • STUDENTS: If you did not receive a Student Square link to an account: Please visit Student Square and login with the Google single sign-on button (no password required)
