IF ANY OF YOUR CHILDREN ARE BEING REGISTERED FOR THE MINI BUT MIGHT PROGRAM (pre K-1st grade), PLEASE USE THE FORM ON THE WEBSITE SPECIFICALLY FOR THAT PROGRAM WHEN REGISTERING THOSE CHILDREN AS THE PRICING STRUCTURE IS DIFFERENT.  USE THIS FORM FOR ALL OTHER CHILDREN. *

Below is the weekly schedule.  Please select the Program your child(ren) will be participating in (select any that apply).  Active training is Monday - Thursday with Friday open to all SPARTANS for an Athletic game (i.e. capture the flag).  With my approval and the signature of a waiver, athletes may be elevated to the next group up when appropriate.  For registration purposes please select the session that corresponds with your child's grade and reach out to me to discuss adjustment.   All grades are for 2024-25 school year (STARTING SEPTEMBER)  *

Select Program (SINGLE ATHLETE) *
Use this when registering a single child for the program, or if registering multiple children, use for the first child.  Full time athletes are eligible for our Honored Groups Discount of $30 per family (see below).   2 day a week athletes are not considered full time and thus not eligible for full time discounts.  One- and two-day athletes are also locked into set unchanging days.  Athletes already possessing a shirt from a previous season that still fits will also receive a $20 discount per athlete regardless of program selected.  Florence or Bordentown Youth Football players are eligible for a 20% REFUND on all FULL TIME training.  Details below.
Select Program (SECOND ATHLETE) *
Use this when registering a second athlete for the program.  Sibling discount applies for all Full Time athletes.  As 2 day athletes arent eligible for sibling discounts, this option is only available for single athlete families as the cost is greater than that of a sibling with full time discoiunt.  Athletes already possessing a shirt from a previous season that still fits will also receive a $20 discount per athlete regardless of program selected.  Florence or Bordentown Youth Football players are eligible for a 20% REFUND on all FULL TIME training.  Details below.
Select Program (THIRD ATHLETE) *
Use this when registering a third athlete for the program.  Sibling discount applies for all Full Time athletes.  Athletes already possessing a shirt from a previous season that still fits will also receive a $20 discount per athlete regardless of program selected.  Florence or Bordentown Youth Football players are eligible for a 20% REFUND on all FULL TIME training.  Details below.
For athletes enrolled in the 1 or 2 day a week options, select your designated day(s).  These will remain steady throughout the season.  For athletes that are enrolled in full time training select "na" *

Discount Selection: ONE $30 discount will be applied PER FAMILY.  DISCOUNT APPLIES TO FULL TIME ATHLETES ONLY.  This means at least one of the children enrolled must be in the FULL TIME up to 5 day a week program.

Select this box to indicate affiliation with the Bordentown FC Jaguars.  Jaguar players will get access at no extra cost to them, a bonus training twice a week on Monday and Wednesday from 8p - 8:30p.  Athlete must be signed up to a full time bootcamp program to be eligible for this bonus training.
