Instructor: Stephanie Grindon, BioScapes Gardening

Stephanie Grindon (she/her) has been living on the Sunshine Coast and volunteering with One Straw since 1995.   Organic gardening, sustainable living, and permaculture are her great passions. She has been doing organic landscaping professionally with her company BioScapes Gardening since 2008 and has dabbled in farming on the side.  She has a degree from SFU, has done some landscape design course with the University of Guelph, and has finished both a local Permaculture Design Course and Advanced Permaculture Design Course at the Bullocks Brothers' Permaculture Homestead.  She encourages everyone to grow some edibles however small a start they make, we all start somewhere.
