In a collaborative effort with the Flint Hills Community Health Department and the Lyon County Emergency Management, USD 253 is assisting with gathering travel and health information from our district’s parents, students, and staff. By responding to the Google form questions below, individuals will provide information that will be used to assess potential community health needs.
