PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION BELOW --

Each trip is up and back to University Park in one day. Itinerary for each day:

7:30 am Meet at Penn State Abington ATHLETICS BUILDING
7:40 am Depart from the Penn State Abington ATHLETICS BUILDING
11:30 am - 11:45 am Arrive at Bryce Jordan Center in University Park
11:45 am to 2:15 pm Attend the Career Fair
2:15 pm Meet back at bus to depart; Grab a free sandwich on the bus
2:20 pm to 2:30 pm Brief bus tour of University Park campus
2:30 pm to 2:55 pm Stop for ice cream at the famous Penn State Berkey Creamery
3:00 pm Depart University Park
~ 6:30 pm Arrive back at Penn State Abington campus

Need to know:

This is a University-sponsored event. You are excused from classes for the day. You will be given a letter to your instructors verifying your attendance as you board the bus.

Space is limited and will go very quickly.

$10 deposit required to reserve your space. Please bring cash or check to Career & Professional Development, Lares 206, M-F 8:00 - 4:30. Deposit is returned when you board the bus.

PROFESSIONAL ATTIRE IS REQUIRED. Please prepare to wear a cleaned and pressed business suit, other appropriate professional attire. If you have difficulty with obtaining professional attire, please see us in Career & Professional Development, Lares 206.

YOUR REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL YOU HAVE:

1. Paid your $10 deposit in Lares 206.
2. Completed the registration form below.

This trip will fill quickly. Your spot on the trip is not secure until both the form and the deposit are complete.

I commit to attend the Career Fair Trip to University Park in February on the date I selected. I understand that I am expected to bring a $10 deposit to Lares 206 before January 31, 2020 in order to complete my registration, and that my seat may be given to another student until I submit my deposit. Failure to notify Abington Career & Professional Development of my cancellation by Friday 01/31/2020 at 4:30pm will result in the forfeiture of my deposit and my ability to attend future bus trips may be revoked. I also understand that there are no overnight stays (I must ride the bus up and back in one day), and that I must wear business professional attire.
