Camp Smashbox Scholarship & Discount Application 2024
Please submit form by Jan 27th to be considered. Decisions will be emailed by January 30th. Camp enrollment opens Feb 1. *Please do not email us to check on the status of your submission before that. 

Any forms submitted after Jan 27th will be considered AFTER the Feb 1 registration opening, if funding and space in camp weeks remains. 

Need-Based Scholarships & Discounts
Through generous funding provided by the Snowmass Chapel, the Town of Snowmass Village, the Aspen Thrift Shop, and parents like YOU, we are happy to be able to offer need-based scholarships. 

We strive to make camp inclusive to all students and to support our local working families. If a discount is helpful to make participation at your desired capacity achievable, submit the form below. There's no shame in this game, we want your kids here!!! 

This form must be completed and you will need to have your code to enter PRIOR to registering for a program. Please submit a form for EACH of your children if you have multiple.

Scholarship / discount codes will be valid for all of your children in the event that you have multiple campers participating. Please do not share your code outside of your own family.

Please select your requested scholarship level. The percentage selected will be paid by Camp Smashbox, with the remainder to be paid by the family.

In our effort to assist as many families as possible, we ask that as you consider what scholarship level makes our programming attainable for your family, please also consider the cost of implementing our programs, maintaining high quality staff, purchasing supplies, and providing scholarships to a large number of children.

So that families have some "skin in the game," we require parents to contribute something towards camp. This demonstrates commitment to showing up, and helps to hold families accountable from making cancelations and changes, which takes our time away from other important tasks. Thank you for understanding.

We understand that some families are at capacity, and others have more time to give. We may need help at camp with anything from AM check-in, to supply shopping, to extra eyes on the playground, to riding RFTA to and from camp with campers. Would you be willing to volunteer or consider a paid position? (Background checks apply.)
