Nottingham Community Clean Up Day 2024
WE NEED YOUR HELP! Nottingham are you ready for Spring? Are you a community group or are you passionate about keeping our space clean and beautiful? If you are and are looking for something to do, join us on April 13th for our Community Wide Clean Up Day. Sign up on this google form and you will automatically be registered for this event. Please show up at the designated location you have signed up for. You will receive an email with more information regarding the point person of your location and other details. You MUST sign up individually even if you are affiliated with an organization that is participating.

We are looking for donations of water bottles and snacks for our volunteers as well! Please if you're willing to donate list below what you will be bringing.
In consideration of my desire to serve as a volunteer for the Town of Nottingham and Nottingham Parks and Recreation, hereby assume all responsibility for any and all risk of property damage or bodily injury that I may sustain while participating in any voluntary efforts, including use of equipment and facilities. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts I, for myself and anyone entitle to act on my behalf, waive and release the Town of Nottingham and Nottingham Parks and Recreation, all their representatives and successors from all claims and liabilities of any kind of arising out of my participation in this event, even though liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver. I grant permission to use my photographs, recordings, video recordings or any other record of this program/event. I currently have no mental or physical conditions that would impair my capability for full participation as intended or expected of me. If for any reason I am unable to fully participate in my position I will release what specific conditions are preventing me from certain activities. I have carefully read the above release waiver and fully understand its contents and sign this release as my own, free act. *
