SCMEA FESTIVAL CHOIR 2023
Bring your entire choir or bring a selected few singers.
Each director will audition THEIR OWN SINGERS to make sure they are ready for this experience.
Singers will need to perform the first verse of My Country Tis of Thee and a Major Scale. (Rubric to be provided to all directors). Singers can sing these in any key that is comfortable, as long as the intervals are correct.
Directors need to submit a list of names and voice parts to Jennifer Perier by Dec. 9 so a choir roster can be compiled. It is your responsibility as the director to make sure ALL the singers are provided a copy of the music and have proficiently learned all the music before the 1st rehearsal.
