Billing

In order to reserve your spot, payment of the first month (if on the payment plan) or the entire payment is due within 48 of enrollment. Payment via credit/debit card, PayPal, Venmo, personal check, or cash accepted.

Placement

Throughout the course, I will accept short videos in between lessons. Please submit a short video of the participant's playing. It does not have to be perfect. This is not an audition. This is purely so I can get an idea of each participant's needs and be prepared to hit the ground running. My preferred format is for you to upload videos to Google Drive or DropBox and provide me the link to view. However, any way you get it to me is fine.

Contract

Once all parties have agreed to the above, prices and participation are final. No refund shall be granted in part or in whole unless under extreme circumstances. Lessons can be freely rescheduled for the duration of the program. All other appointments will not be made up, but will be made available as recordings. By filling out this form and paying, you agree to abide by these conditions.
