Agreement and Disclosure

I agree that I will only sell items in the Fine Jewelry category that meet this definition in our guidelines: https://seller-hub.en.tophatter.com/article/281-category-listing-guidelines#fine.

I understand that I am liable for incident fees: https://seller-hub.en.tophatter.com/article/287-what-are-incident-fees up to $5,000 per SKU, plus refunds if a product is tested and determined to be misleading or counterfeit.

We reserve the right to test purchase items, and test buyer's returns at random, or if an item is suspected to be misleading or counterfeit.

For example: A seller who lists an item which is found to be misleading or counterfeit will have sales of all such orders refunded. The seller may be invoiced for a Customer Contact Fee for each order where a buyer elevated the issue to Buyer Support. They may be invoiced for a Buyer Compensation Fee as determined by Buyer Support. The seller will incur a Refund Fee for each refunded order. They will also incur a Policy Violation Fee of $250 per SKU for the first incident, increasing in amount if further violations occur.
