Hi!

I'm Sarah, the breeder behind Dakota Pomskies. I have a few questions to help me get to know you a little better so I can pair you with the right pup! Don't worry, this in no way obligates you to put a deposit down or get a puppy, but it does indicate that you are interested and intending in joining our Waiting List.

Once completed, I will be in contact with you about moving on to join the Waiting List.

Let's start with the Basics
What's your first and last name? *
Number of children and ages? (if applicable) *
Do you currently have any pets? If so, tell me about them. *
Have you had other dogs in the past? If so, tell me about them. *
Tell me more about yourself: Your lifestyle, family (if you have one), or anything else to help me make sure you're a good fit for my pups! *
Home Life
What city and state do you live in? *
What type of home do you live in? (Single Family House, Apartment, Townhouse, etc.) *
Do you own your home or do you rent? *
If you rent, do you have written permission from your landlord to own a pet? Some landlords also require tenants to place a Pet Deposit. *
This is something that we need all potential owners to be aware of so that it doesn't catch them off guard and end up having problems when they bring their new puppy home.
Puppy Life
Will you be the primary caretaker of the puppy? If not, who will be? *
Where will your puppy will be able to explore, socialize, and work off some of that puppy energy? *
Some common places would be your fenced-in yard, nearby park, etc. Please be aware that puppies should NOT visit any public parks where other dogs may be present until they are FULLY vaccinated.
Please tell me about your work and how much time you have to care for a puppy. *
Pomskies are high energy and don't do well being crated all day. However, if that will be the case, we want to work with you to have a plan in place to help them get out all of their puppy energy... Otherwise, that pent up energy often comes out in destructive and overly active behavior, which is difficult for both the puppy AND the owner! The MORE info you can provide here, the better we can be of help!
Where will your puppy spend the majority of their time during a typical day? *
Where and how will your puppy spend most of the time while you are gone or at work? *
For example, in a crate in the kitchen, in a fenced-in portion of our house, in a kennel outside with a shade structure with plenty of water, in our fenced-in yard that they cannot escape from, etc.
Do you have experience with puppies, their needs, and training a puppy? *
Preferences
What gender of puppy do you prefer? *
What made you want to get a Pomsky? *
Do you know what type of Pomsky puppy you are interested in? (Examples: size, coloring, masking, eye color, price point, etc. ) *
Prices range 1500-4000, and all puppies with husky masks will be 3000-4000.  This by no means locks you in to anything, it just helps us find you the perfect puppy!
Logistics
Will you require shipping of your puppy? *
We encourage all of our owners to pick their puppy up in person, or we can meet you at our nearest airport (FSD) as well. However, sometimes people need us to fly their new puppy to them (aka "shipping"). Shipping typically ranges $500-$1,000 and your puppy will be flown in-cabin to your nearest airport with either our personal puppy transporter or myself. We will do our best to work with you with whatever option works best! We are located in Corsica, South Dakota.
Are you willing to send a copy of completed puppy veterinary work? *
This includes Well Check Summary for your new puppy right after they go home as well as proof of completed spay/neuter. This information is REQUIRED to ensure that your Pomsky puppy is eligible for their Short Term and Long Term Health Guarantees as listed in our Purchase Agreement.
Are you interested in breeding your Pomsky? *

Pricing and Payment
Just so nothing is a surprise: Do you understand that the 500 Reservation Fee is NOT REFUNDABLE if you change your mind about getting a puppy from us? *
This non-refundable 500 Reservation Fee is required to join our Waiting List. It gets taken out of the total amount due and is good until we find you the perfect Pomsky!
Prices of puppies range from 1500 to 4000 plus 6.5% sales tax. If you are wanting a husky masked puppy, they will be 3000-4000. Does this work with your puppy budget? *
Payment for your puppy is due in full before the puppy leaves us, or by 8 weeks of age, whichever is earlier.
