In order for us to properly ship your books to you, you will need the order number that you will receive to your STUDENT email. The email with the order number will come from customerservice@efollett.com. Please make sure to check your spam folder. You will only receive this email if your course has a physical book for the class. Books will be shipped 24-48 hours after you fill out the form. You will receive an email from UPS to your student email with the tracking information. Also, check your spam folder for this as well. There is no charge for shipping of books for the IncludED program.
