Agreed Apon Commission: The client has reached out and Bagel has agreed to complete the project.

Project time frame is:  2 Weeks maximum unless large interruptions arise

Payment Plan

 Payment for Services. In exchange for services, the client agrees to pay according to the following:

Half down payment to start project (non-refundable) online payment or money order only.

3 revisions are allowed before an additional fee is asked of $5-10USD

Remainding final payment upon completion of the commission (non-refundable). 

If the client files a false chargeback this can be used to prove I’ve delivered on my end. Refunds only issued for valid reasons Ex. Low funds, emergency, no delivery without exmplamation.

Work Product Ownership.

By signing this form, the client certifies that, once the piece has been finished, Bagel Demon retains all rights to the image, but licenses them to the client under a royalty-free, non-transferable, sublicensable, exclusive license. The client also agrees that this license (and all sub-licenses) may be revoked. Bagel Demon certifies that this license is automatically terminated if one of the following occurs: 

Bagel Demon certifies that this license can only be revoked for any reason*

Ex:

Bagel Demon does not receive the agreed upon payment

The piece is used for hateful, defamatory, or discriminatory speech

The piece is used or referenced as a non-fungible token (NFT)

It's used for commercial purposes. This is personal illustration work, it is not to be used commercially.

The piece is used in training and/or input data for graphical or image-based algorithmic or Ai software

 In essence, once the commission is finished, and you've paid in full, you can do whatever you want with it, like posting it without credit, so long as you don't use it as an NFT, feed it to an AI, sell it, or use it for hate speech.
