My CYIA/CEF Support Team!
This form is to help document your support team members for either the CYIA Support Initiative or the CEF Paid Missionary Program. You will need to have your support team member names ready to input into this form.

CYIA Support Initiative = 10 support members (per registered student)
CEF Paid Missionary Program = 25 support members
CEF Paid Missionary Program (2nd sibling) = Additional 10 support members

The heart behind these program is to offset ministry costs and, in the case of the CEF Paid Missionary Program, enable some to replace needed summer income. These programs are modest means of support to enable additional students to be part of this summer missionary experience.
