If you're within 20 miles of Brighton and Hove, we can collect your items, or you can post them to us. After receiving your items, we'll confirm what we can list (we rarely decline items unless they're damaged, stained, or broken).

We’ll process your items, create an itemised list with pricing details, and, once agreed, photograph and list them on multiple platforms. Please note, we accept offers and change pricing if the market changes, and aim to achieve no less than 70% of the suggested listing price. 

You’ll receive 50% of the profit after fees. For example, if an item sells for £20 + £2.99 postage, after platform fees and postage costs, the profit is £17.54, and you’ll get £8.77. Some platforms have no fees, maximising your returns.

Items are kept for 6 months, during which you’ll get monthly sales updates and access to a shared spreadsheet. Payouts can be monthly, split into two instalment's, or made at the end of the 6 months. Unsold items can be returned or donated to charity—your choice! On occasion, we can keep items for longer if our storage is not at full capacity. You will be made aware if this is an option at the end of the 6 months.

What happens if my items do not sell?

A: We will keep your items for 6 months. After that date, you will be asked if you would like the remaining items back, or if you would like them passed on to charity.

How will I be updated on my sales?

A: You will have access to a shared spreadsheet that will have an itemised list. It will detail the listing price, sale price and % you will receive in your payout.

How will I be paid?

A: You can be paid as a bank transfer or through PayPal. You have the option to be paid either monthly, in 2 instalments, or at the end of the 6 months.

What brands can I give you?

A: You can hand over any brands you like, however, we have a list of brands that tend to sell well for your reference.

What happens to my clothes when I hand them over?

A: Your items will be processed, steamed, photographed and listed across multiple platforms within 2 weeks of us receiving them. They will be stored in sealed plastic bags (reused) and secure boxes, and then packed up in poly mailers and sent to their new homes when sold.

Could my items be rejected?

A: We don't often turn items away, however, if they are in poor condition, stained or broken then we won't be able to take them.

Do you sell children's clothing?

A: We do not accept basic children's items such as plain t-shirts, vests, or babygrows. However, if you have higher-end pieces, dresses, outfits, or standout items, I can help sell those. For children's clothing, depending on the item’s value, bundling similar pieces together may be the best approach.

Do you wash the clothes?

A: No, we ask that all clothes are freshly laundered when sent or handed to us. If your items have small marks or stains on them, we may turn them away if we don't think they still have resale value.

How do you price the items?

A: We look at the completed sales of the same or similar items, consider the condition of the item and its approximate RRP.

When do I need to give my payment details? 

A: We will request your payment details 3-5 days before your first payout is due.
