This part-time position will work an average of 12 hours/week including but not limited to door sale hours (nights and weekends in the hours preceding performances, 7:30 pm and 2:30 pm performances).
Pay is $15/hour paid bi-weekly.
Duties of the Patron Services Associate:
*Phone and front desk receptionist
*Ticketing associate for walk-in and phone box office inquiries
*Administrative support and data entry
*Must perform door sales at events on evenings and weekends
*Work directly in ticketing system and theatre database
Qualifications:
*Proven success in a customer service and/or sales role
*Experience with data entry
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Experience in a theatre or comparable arts organization is desirable
*All TCR staff are subject to an annual background check prior to employment.*
