Bus Registration Form for the 2020-2021 School Year
Please complete one bus registration form for each child if you are new to the District or there is a change in your transportation needs.

If no Bus Registration Form is on file, we will assume no transportation is needed for the 2020-21 School Year.

Students who rode a bus during the 2019-20 school year will automatically be registered for the 2020-21 school year so, a new form does not need to be completed unless there is a change in your transportation needs. *
 All students riding buses will need a bus pass to ride a bus, especially In-Town Bus Riders.  In-Town Bus passes will be assigned based on your child's home address. Please refer to the In-Town Shuttle Bus Stop Map for the Bus Zone your child lives in and select one stop in that Bus Zone. The In-Town Shuttle Bus pass will only be good for the one In-Town Shuttle Bus Stop based on your child’s address. Passes will be distributed at registration if a bus registration form is on file.  Please select the month and day you are completing this form.
