This form is used to request Blue Ridge meal service for Tuesday, January 6th through Friday, January 8th.  This will consist of breakfast and a lunch for each day.  Please fill out information for each student in your family, beginning with student #1.

Requests must be made by Friday, January 1st by  8:00 p.m.  This will be for pickup at Schneider, Thursday, January 7th , through the circle drive from 6p.m. to 7:30p.m.  Delivery is an option, deliveries would go out , Friday, January 8th.  Please indicate below if you would like delivery and what address.
