Mildura Swimming Club Dry-land Challenge
As we are all home doing nothing for a few weeks with no training, we have decided to do a challenge within MSC.

We ask that all swimmers to record the amount of minutes they exercise for and what they did. Whether that be a program done up on our website, or something you found online.

The swimmer with the most amount of minutes at the end of the challenge, will have a prize which will be announced at the presentation night!!
