Hello!
This is my anonymous feedback form in the spirit of trying to always get all types of feedback with the aim to helping me grow and improve I thought it made sense to open a way to get feedback without having to commit your name to it :)

The aim is to try and create meaningful feedback so I would love for you if you have any opinions to throw them down here, negative is generally what these forms are designed for as hopefully you can tell me in person the things you like :)

The best types of feedback involve giving constructive criticisms whatever that may be in a way that allows me to learn from it, sure if you want to vent about something feel free but I may find it hard to solve this issue and make future interactions better so using the stop doing X and start doing Y is a great way to focus that as well.
