Social Media Marketing: This position entails creating Instagram stories & posts through Canva premium, brainstorming campaigns / themes / slogans, organizing possible collabs with other blogs, and choosing target hashtags for specific groups.

Poetry Editor: This position entails editing poems and writing short feedback about the poems and emailing the writer that feedback. You should be editing about 4-8 poems per month.

General Editor: This position entails editing non-poetry related writing content, writing short feedback about the piece & emailing it to the writer, and making sure that the writer included their sources. This position should include editing about 2-6 pieces a month.

Quiz Creator: This position entails creating a Buzzfeed quiz style section on the blog. There should be about 2 quizzes created per month.
