"F-Race" reiškia linksmas lenktynes (F-Race = Fun-Race)
su senais automobiliais. Tai yra komandinės lenktynės, kur komanda yra sudaroma iš trijų asmenų (arba daugiau). Komandos yra suformuojamos atsitiktine tvarka, taipogi atsitiktine tvarka, burtų keliu, komanda gauna automobilį, kurį turi patys pasipuošti ir su kuriuo turės varžytis lenktynėse. Kadangi tai yra komandinės lenktynės, tad kiekviena komanda turi dirbti kaip kumštis ir dėliotis savo komandos strategiją - kas pirmas vairuoja, kas antras ir kas trečias, taip pat dėliosis strategiją, kada darys pasikeitimus bei užsipils kuro. Pagrindinės "F-Race 200" taisyklės:
- Laimės komanda įveikusi daugiausiai ratų per 1 val.
- Automobilyje visuomet važiuoja 2 asmenys – vairuotojas ir šturmanas.
- Privalo būti užsegtas šalmas ir diržas.
- Komandos vairuotojų pasikeitimai vyks kas 4-7 min – Jūsų šturmanas turi stebėti laiką ir vairuotoją informuoti, kada sugrįžti į "pit'us" pasikeitimui. Jeigu važiuosite per ilgai – bauda.

- Greitis "pit'uose" 10 km/h - nekelkime pavojaus, važiuojame labai lėtai. Viršijus greitį vairuotojas diskvalifikuojmas iš renginio.
- Iš "pit'ų" išvažiuoti galima tik teisėjui leidus.
Į "pit'us" įvažiuoti galima bet kada.
