Transcript Request Form
Processing Information:  Transcripts take approximately 7 days to process after being received using this form. Rush transcripts are sent within 2 business days.  All transcripts are sent standard 1st class mail unless alternate methods are requested.  Digital methods may result in faster delivery times.  Transcripts will not be released unless the student account is clear and the transcript fee is paid (only applicable for rush deliveries).

DIPLOMA NOTE: 
Fletcher Academy does not keep copies of diplomas.  Transcripts have graduation dates on them for work verification purposes.
