If you have already shopped for items let Jennifer Bagwell know, so she can work on keeping an updated list for other shoppers. If you plan to shop and complete this form please follow the instructions. Its okay if we get more than expected, all overage will be donated to Wesley House.
- You can shop for more than one item
- Make sure to keep all your shopping receipts. A good tip is to take a photo of shopping receipts with your phone. Submit all receipts to Club Treasurer Karl.
- Contact Karl for any tax except forms.
- The Club does have a copy on file at Twin Oaks Aldis
- If you plan to have some items store at Optimist International please contact Amy Keller prior and you will need to arrange to have any items moved from Optimist International to Wesley House.
