Use this form to begin reserving the "Club Hall" for your event.  Once you complete and submit the form, we'll:

  *  Confirm the availability of the Hall for your date

  *  Calculate the fees

  *  Send you a secure link to make your payment online (or discuss other payment options)

  *  Confirm the reservation once payment is received

1.  The Base Hall Rental Fee is $75 for a Non-Member, and $50 for a Member.

2.  If your party has over 75 people, a "2nd bartender fee" will be added.  The fee is $30 plus $10/hour after 3 hours.

3.  If your event falls on a Saturday on which a DJ is scheduled, an entertainment fee of $50 will be added.  The DJ will work from 9:30 pm to 1:30 am.

4.  We have a full kitchen available at just $25.

5.  Any decorations you put up must be removed at the end of your event.

6.  There is a $50 clean up fee on all Rentals

7.  If you are not a Member, you must list the name of a Member - we refer to this person as the "Sponsoring Member".

8.  Any damages and missing materials caused by anyone attending the function must be made in whole before leaving the premises.
