CBEY 2050 Fellows Application
The CBEY 2050 Fellows is a multidisciplinary group of Yale graduate and professional students who come together in a monthly discussion circle to imagine a responsible economy, resilient societies, and how business and civil society can help make them possible.

Convened virtually (this year) by Patagonia Director of Philosophy and CBEY Executive Fellow Vincent Stanley, the group’s meetings are peer-led, open-ended conversations around the future of business and the environment. Throughout the year, the 2050 Fellows will discuss the components of a responsible economy, covering topics like democratic engagement, community resilience, regenerative agriculture, the urban/rural divide, the role of technology, and corporate social responsibility in an era marked by climate crisis, a renewed focus on systemic racism, increased division between the wealthy and the poor, political polarization, strained planetary boundaries, and other major challenges.

If you are a Yale professional school student and are prepared to engage in peer discussions about these topics and how business can be utilized as a part of the solution, we encourage you to apply by Monday, September 21 at 11:59 PM.

Before applying, please check your schedule to be sure you can attend at least SIX of the eight meetings listed below. Note that spring dates are subject to change pending release of academic calendars. All dates are Fridays and hold a time of 12-1:30 PM Eastern.
