President:
To act as the Point-of-Contact for WiO and represent the Chapter. Facilitate collaboration with other student organizations.
Maintain standing with engineering student council, the engineering college, and the optical science academic officer
Obtain club funds through grant proposals. Maintain a yearly action plan to direct the efforts of WiO at large. This should contain specific goals to address for the calendar year, the delegation of relevant tasks to the board and chairs, and a funding strategy to meet these goals. Maintain good communication with professional organizations and the optics community at large.

Vice President of Communications:
Write and distribute end out bi-weekly WiO-Weekly newsletters. Maintain records of meetings and elections. Communicate all WiO events and operations with the college and university at large through email and social media. Generate advertising content and posters for events. Maintain the WiO website and social media. Monitor the WiO email accounts and delegate responses to the appropriate board member or chairperson.

Vice President of Outreach and Advocacy:
To act as the coordinator and point of contact for outreach. To coordinate recruitment efforts to bring highly qualified applicants to the college and encourage underrepresented minorities to pursue careers in optics. Plan social and networking events for the college and university at large which serve to support the goals of the Mission Statement.
