Bronze Medallion Camp Registration 2021-2022

Please complete this form to register for the Bronze Medallion programs at Fairhaven SLSC during the 2021-2022 season.

At this stage, it is looking like we will be able to run a primarily normal Bronze Camp for vaccinated Fairhaven members, in line with government and LSV requirements. Please be aware that this may change and we will update you as regularly as required if needed.

The camp will run between the 12th-18th of December at Anglehook camp.

Please ensure you meet the prerequisites for the Bronze Medallion:
- Candidates must be at least 15 years old by the date of their assessment
- Candidates must become a financial member of Fairhaven SLSC before course commencement, and pay a course/camp fee
- Complete a timed swim of 400m in 9 mins prior to the course commencement date. More information about this will be provided once the courses are confirmed.
- Received two doses of COVID-19 vaccine by the course commencement date - required by Life Saving Victoria for participation in any lifesaving activities.

Please note, existing Fairhaven members will be prioritised, and any remaining course availability will be filled first-in, first-served. Once your spot has been finalised we will confirm via email with candidate information forms and information attached.
