This form must be filled out for ALL absences from any outside of school band/guard event. This includes practices, performances, football games, sectionals, leadership team meetings, etc.  Please note that many of our directors are not staff at BHS and therefore do not have access to school day attendance. Please fill out this form EVEN IF you have have been absent from school (either excused or unexcused).

Things that WILL NOT be accepted for absences:
- Emails to directors
- Calls to the band office
- Texts/messages to section leaders
- In-person mentions of absences
- Paper forms

Unexcused absences will result in disciplinary action.
