The 6th Annual Convocation of Shri Vaishnav Vidyapeeth Vishwavidyalaya, Indore is scheduled on October 12, 2023 (Thursday) at 11:30 AM in the University Campus. Padma Vibhushan  Dr. K. Kasturirangan, Professor Emeritus, National Institute of Advanced Studies  Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore  will be the Chief Guest on this occasion. A personal communication in this regard is being sent to you separately by the Head of your Institute/School for registration and also through the notification on University’s website (www.svvv.edu.in).

The Convocation registration form and notice are available on the Website. You may contact Academic Section or email to acad@svvv.edu.in for any query in this regard. Please report for completing the Pre-convocation formalities by 08:30 am on October 12, 2023.

Important Points:

·         You are invited in Rehearsals of the Convocation as per following schedule:

·          First Rehearsal is scheduled on Monday, October 09, 2023 at University Campus- Reporting Time: 3:30 pm.

·         Second Rehearsal is scheduled on  October 11, 2023 at University Campus- Reporting Time: 11:00 am.

·         Please report at University  Academic Section as per given time.

 Dress Code for Convocation:

·         Girls: Off White Salwar Kameez/ Saree with Black Shoes/Black Leather Sandals.

·         Boys: White Shirt and Black Trouser/ White Kurta Pyjama with Black Leather Sandals/ Black Shoes.

·         Boys and Girls: White Shirt and Black Trouser with Black Leather Sandals/ Black Shoes.

Note: Jacket and Uttari will be issued on October 12, 2023 (Thursday) between 08:30 am and 10:00 am at University as per attached Chart against the refundable deposit of Rs. 1000/-
