Please fill out this form to apply for funds from SSWRF to help offset the cost of workshop participation, including dependent care, during the SSWRF II meeting, sponsored by NSF grant 1712718.  Awards will be a flat monetary amount, not a reimbursement of costs.  Expected awards will be on the order of $500.

Awards will be made through the NSF grant PI Institution, The Catholic University of America, in the form of an honorarium provided after the workshop. If funds are needed prior to the workshop, individual arrangements (e.g., travel booked through CUA) may be possible.  Additional information on required paperwork and award options will be provided when award selections are made.
