Mentor Interest Form - EnvironMentors 2021-22

This form is for folks who are interested in serving as a Mentor for the EnvironMentors programs occurring at PPS Westinghouse Academy 6-12 and Environmental Charter High School from December through the end of the school year in June. Mentors will earn a $750 stipend for each school site where they serve as a mentor this year. Mentors are not required to attend every single week of the program, and will begin coming regularly into their program site in January (Westinghouse) or February (ECHS). During mentor onboarding, we will have a specific schedule for mentors that will involve attending the program approximately every two weeks (for programs that meet once a week for 1-5-2 hours) or once a week (for programs that meet twice weekly for 45 minutes each day).
