This form is used to get to know applicants for the Dungeons and Dragons Club at the Broome County Public Library so that we can customize an adventure that fits your needs. Additionally, players must agree that they will adhere to the rules and the code of conduct.

D&D campaigns consist of 2 sessions total. By signing up for the first session, you should plan to attend the next session of the game. You don't want to miss out on the story!
