APSE is not under contract with any hotels for either the 2025 winter conference or the 2025 summer conference. So where do you want to go? 
The APSE winter conference and in-person judging have traditionally been held in Florida in February. Do you want to stay in Florida?

There can be significant cost savings for APSE and outreach opportunities if we held our winter or summer conference on a college campus. Would you be willing to attend a conference on campus -- even there's no pool nearby?
