A 12-year–old healthy boy presented to our clinic with a one month history of pruritic papules and pustules on his face, chest and back. He was more symptomatic when the weather was warm and after increased physical activity. He tended to sweat a lot. There was no history of drug intake, fever or arthalgia. Hair, nails, and mucous membranes were normal. His past medical history was unremarkable and family history was non-contributory.
