For members to nominate for the Youth Leader of the Year category they must complete the nomination below. All nominations will be assessed on the Award criteria.

The Nominee must be no older than 18 during the judging period. (Born on or following 1st July, 2001)

Nomination Period - 30th June 2019 - 1st July 2020.

This nomination will be confirmed in writing after nominations close 5pm Wednesday 1st July
