Please fill out the form below to register your child for PE Play Camp at JL Boren Elementary. Payment information can be found below. Both registration and payment MUST be completed and received to secure your child's spot in camp. You will receive a confirmation email when your child is added to the camp roster. Cost: $100. Includes daily snack & popsicicle.

Drop Off/Check in will begin at 7:30 at the back of Boren Elementary. Please make sure your child brings a water bottle/snacks and is wearing athletic clothing and shoes. No Crocs, sandals, slides, etc. Camp ends at 11:30. More details will be sent as we get closer to June 5th!
