Welcome to homeroom 20! The questions below will assist me in gaining a better understanding of your child this year.  Please answer these to the best of your ability, yet feel free to leave a portion blank as needed.  I look forward to reviewing these responses and building a safe, comfortable, and loving classroom environment here at Paxtonia.

Thank you for your time and together we will work as a team to ensure a successful 4th grade school year!  My hope is to also get your child excited about the fun opportunities, so I look forward to their input as well.

In your opinion, what are any areas of concern you feel I would benefit from knowing in advance? I already have alot of information from their 3rd grade teacher, but would appreciate your insight as well.
If your child is ABSENT, please name at least two other Paxtonia students (ex. peers/siblings) with whom we can send school work.  Please include those students' grade level/homeroom # OR you can state that you would like to pick it up in the office prior to 4:05pm.
