Greetings! Thank you for showing interest in participating in the 2023 Atwater Santa Parade. We invite you to decorate and light-up your float to help usher in the holiday season. Please fill out all information in the form below. Additional information will be emailed prior to the event on December 2nd, 2023.

Line-up begins at 4:00 pm at the Atwater Community Center

Parade will begin at the Atwater Community Center and end at Centennial Park.

WAIVER of LIABILITY RESPONSIBILTY
This agreement releases the City of Atwater, the Atwater Festival Committee, and all other participating organizations, from all liability relating to injuries that may occur during the 2023 Atwater Santa Parade.

By signing this agreement, I agree to hold City of Atwater, the Atwater Festival Committee, and all other participating organizations entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. I also acknowledge the risks involved in 2022 Atwater Santa Parade. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity.

By signing below I forfeit all right to bring a suit against the City of Atwater, the Atwater Festival Committee, and all other participating organizations for any reason. I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification when needed.
