Please use this form to sign into Homework Club. We meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays after school, from 2:30-4:00 in Mr. Steinke's Classroom (room A305). Students must come with permission from a parent or guardian. Homework Club is a space for students to review for tests/quizzes, work quietly on their work, meet with groups or partners, or, when available, receiving tutoring from students who volunteer.

If you do not have permission, you are unable to stay.
