Esta convocatoria está dirigida a doctoran@s que realizaron su primera matrícula en el presente curso académico (2019/2020) y que deben realizar la defensa de su Plan de Investigación .
Debido a la situación actual, dicha presentación podrá realizarse únicamente a través de videoconferencia.
Para ello, es necesario habilitar la cuenta institucional Gsuite (@
go.ugr.es) en el acceso identificado.
La defensa del Plan de Investigación tendrá una duración de 10 minutos, seguida de la intervención del tribunal asignado.
Se aconseja hacer un ensayo previo para controlar el procedimiento utilizado por Google Meet para compartir pantalla y mostrar todo el material necesario para la presentación (imágenes, power point, pdf, vídeos, audios, etc).
LA FECHA LÍMITE PARA REALIZAR LA INSCRIPCIÓN SERÁ EL MARTES 15 DE SEPTIEMBRE A LAS 23:59 (HORA ESPAÑOLA).
LA FECHA LÍMITE PARA SUBIR EL DOCUMENTO CUMPLIMENTADO DEL PLAN DE INVESTIGACIÓN AL PORTAL DE SEGUIMIENTO ACADÉMICO DE DOCTORANDOS TAMBIÉN SERÁ EL MARTES 15 DE SEPTIEMBRE A LAS 23:59 h (CEST).
UNA VEZ FINALIZADA LA INSCRIPCIÓN, SE PUBLICARÁ EN LA WEB DEL PROGRAMA LOS TRIBUNALES Y LOS HORARIOS DE DEFENSA ASIGNADOS.

This call is addressed to doctoral students who made their first registration in the current academic year (2019/2020) and who must perform the defense of their Research Plan.
Due to the current situation, this presentation can only be made via videoconference.
To do so, it is necessary to enable the institutional account Gsuite (@
go.ugr.es) in the identified access.
The defense of the Research Plan will have a length of 10 minutes, followed by the intervention of the assigned committee.
It is advisable to make a previous rehearsal to control the procedure used by Google Meet to share screen and show all the necessary material for the presentation (images, power point, pdf, videos, audios, etc).
THE DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION WILL BE TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 15TH AT 23:59 (SPANISH TIME).
THE DEADLINE FOR UPLOADING THE COMPLETED DOCUMENT OF THE RESEARCH PLAN TO THE ACADEMIC MONITORING PORTAL FOR DOCTORAL STUDENTS WILL ALSO BE TUESDAY 15 SEPTEMBER AT 23:59 (CEST).
ONCE THE REGISTRATION IS COMPLETED, THE ASSIGNED COMMISSIONS AND DEFENSE SCHEDULES WILL BE PUBLISHED ON THE PROGRAM'S WEBSITE.
