Zoom for Abenaki Artist  Meetings and Programs
Instructor: Vera Longtoe Sheehan, MALS

Kwai participants!

Thank you for registering for "Zoom for Abenaki Artist  Meetings and Programs" which is being offered by the Vermont Abenaki Artists Association. This registration form should take no longer than 3 - 5 minutes to complete.

Beginning with a tutorial that artists can follow on how to start their Zoom accounts (and be capable of joining a meeting), the remainder of this virtual four-part workshop series will give beginners an overview of Zoom features and a quick-start experience. Participants will learn basic Zoom skills such as how to get started, join, participate in meetings including how to chat, mute, use emojis, and create an invitation.

Having a core group of artists trained in Zoom and Google Suite will prepare VAAA for the future artist professional development opportunities and growth as a network of artists.

The first session will be prerecorded and will be followed by live Zoom meetings on November 16th, 23rd,, 30th, and December 3rd.

Zoom trainings will be recorded and placed on the Arts & Education YouTube channel.

Information collected in this form will be used for the purposes of registering you for the event and for reporting the event success to funders and partners, and for granting video recording permission.

"This Digital Capacity Building for Abenaki Artists project is supported by the Vermont Arts Council, with funds from the state of Vermont."
