Please use this form to report full day absences, late arrivals, and early releases.  If you prefer making a call, the attendance line is 248-449-1501.

Remember, if you are picking up your student early, they should get a pass in the attendance office to make their exit easier.

Please Note: This form should be completed by a parent or legal guardian.  This form will collect the email address you are using when completing the form.  All fields marked with a red asterisk are required.

Absences verified by a parent or guardian should be reported by 3:00 p.m. of the following school day.  Absences will be marked unverified after that time.
