Summer Camp Enrollment Form 2024
This is the official enrollment form for summer camp 2024. You may use this form to secure your spot for the entire summer or for the weeks you need. 

There will be a $25 non-refundable enrollment fee that will cover your student's camp shirt. We use the official enrollment numbers to plan our staffing and logistical needs. 

Summer Camp 2024 will be every weekday from Tuesday, May 28 - Friday, August 2. We do not have camp on Memorial Day, May 27, and July 4th. 

Hours of Operation: 7:30am-5:30pm

Students will need to bring their own lunch, snacks, and water bottle each day.

LaFontaine Summer Camp has options for Junior and Senior Camps.

Junior Camp is available for students who will be in Kindergarten and 1st grade next year (2024-25). Field Trips for Junior Camp will be limited. 

Senior Camp is available for students who will be in 1st-5th grade next year (2024-25). This will be regular summer camp with lots of field trips and adventures!
