This is the registration form for the Philosophical Summer School 2023, which is organised by the philosophy student council. After the application form is closed on the
3rd of August, we will sort out who is in which course. We will try to get the fairest result for everyone in case some courses' capacity is heavily exceeded. Afterwards, you will receive a notification on whether you will be able to attend and, if you are, information on which course you were assigned and further travel information (including the suggested connection). On a general level, it's first come, first served. However, due to funding issues, we will have to admit LMU Philosophy students with the highest priority.
Given that, we will also apply a principle of equal representation if needed, meaning that we will admit students from minority groups (women, in particular) with a higher priority.
While attendance is free as always, this year we are
not able to fully cover the travel expenses, having a
Deutschlandticket (49€/month) will suffice for the journey
.You'll have to pay a 50€ deposit, which you will get back after the Summer School, provided you attended.
Please provide your LMU campus mail if you are an LMU student! If you do not, we will assume you are not an LMU student and therefore your registration will have a lower priority.
